Boys Gymnastics – Ages 5 – 12 years - class length 55 minutes
Hart's Gymnastic Center is equipped with all 6 Olympic events for men's gymnastics. Our staff is both highly motivated and trained. Your student will have a great time with skill progression while being taught in a fun and safe atmosphere.
Girls Gymnastics - REC 1 (6 to 12 years) class length 55 minutes
This class is for the student with little or no gymnastics experience. Students learn the basics of FUN and SAFE gymnastics while we emphasize basic gymnastic skills, safety, strength, and flexibility. Handstands, cartwheels, walking on the balance beam, and a front support on the bars are just a few of the exciting things that students learn while mastering the skills necessary for graduation to the next level! Students will continue to expand their skills and coordination while using our trampoline and jumping in our loose foam pit!
